Standards for estimating the cost of operating urban facilities have been updated in Moscow

The Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development has updated the collection of standards for estimating the cost of operating urban facilities (CH-2012). The calculations are based on prices as of April 1, 2026. This was announced by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, head of the department.

"The use of the collection makes it possible to optimize Moscow's expenses for the operation and repair of buildings and structures. Uniform standards create equal conditions for all contractors, which ensures fair competition and stimulates a high level of work performed. This contributes to the development of infrastructure, creating a comfortable and well-maintained environment for the residents of the city. Since the beginning of the year, 68 new cost standards have been included in the collection CH-2012 and 190 have been updated," said Maria Bagreeva.  

The new cost standards of the collection will be used to calculate costs in several areas: repair of automated complexes for washing buses and electric buses, fencing of work areas on highways, construction of sports grounds at the Luzhniki sports complex, as well as maintenance of artificial reservoirs and fog generation systems in Zaryadye Park.

About 2.5 thousand Moscow customers and commercial companies are already using these standards. They are used for the maintenance and operation of various urban facilities. The collection is regularly updated. It is supplemented with new cost standards and recalculated in accordance with the price level every three months.
